1. Founder Coaching
(in-person and online)
Our founder sessions are 1:1 coaching sessions to support founders with their personal and professional objectives. We share all the relevant tools, brain and growth hacks to help founders grow themselves and their companies to the places they want to be.
OVerviEw
1:1 Coaching can be done in person (Sydney CBD) or online via Zoom/Skype or FaceTime.
Packages come in 4-week, 8-week and 12-week blocks. It can take 20 - 90 days to create new behaviours and habits, so we like to work together to ensure you really nail it.
Optional use of EMOTIV headsets to track progress and see the neurological changes being made.
All tools & neurohacks are included within the coaching packages at no extra costs.
All sessions and completely confidential.
2. Team Coaching
(in-person and online)
Our team coaching sessions are for founding teams/leadership teams and teams within startups. These sessions are usually built into a program of work or sit alongside an existing program of work. These sessions align to an overview strategic objective, which we coach and support teams to achieve.

3. Online Courses
Our online courses are designed for founder and startup folk who might not have the space for coach but are looking for some guidance. These courses are private and self-directed, allowing you to learn at your own pace. Course content is personalised based on your individual objectives - not generic, because you're anything but generic. They are tailored for individuals but can be modified for teams in some cases.

Our neurohacks and tools are for the folk who are looking to better understand their brain and need a quick in a moment tool to support them on their journey. These tools are great stress-busters, focussing and reframing techniques to break you out of where you are and help move you to where you want to be.
OVERVIEW
All neurohacks and tools are online and can be accessed by anyone from anywhere.
The neurohacks and tools are totally FREE for you to use and share with anyone you want.
All our neurohacks and based on neuroscience and/or supported by scientific research.
These tools are great starting point the self-directed and self-aware.
